Extreme pilot and adventurist who flew around the world twice with two different Pipistrel aircraft, flew over the top of Mt. Everest, over the North Pole and landed in the Antarctic.

Soichiro Fukutake runs Benesse Holdings, which owns leading exam-prep schools, Berlitz language schools, correspondence courses and more than 200 nursing homes. Benesse is expanding schools in China, Taiwan and Korea. Fukutake also chairs and helped fund an R&D outfit called Sim-Drive which is developing new motor designs for electric vehicles.
He owns Benesse Art Site, an art park on a group of islands in Japan’s Inland Sea featuring top contemporary artists and a museum designed by Tadao Andoh.

Krkovič was the head of 1st special brigade MORIS and the General who briefed the 1st Slovenian President Mr Milan Kučan on Declaration of Independecy of Slovenia on 26 June 1991.

The president of Guatemala and members of his goverment admired the Pipistrel aircraft during the Euro Expo show in 2008.

Scale model of Pipistrel‘s Taurus G4 permanently on display in ICAO’s main hall

The International Civil Aviation Organization – ICAO – hung a scale model of Pipistrel’s Taurus G4 in their headquarters in Montreal, Canada. The scale 1:4 model of Pipistrel’s aircraft Taurus G4 now hangs in a striking location in the central hall of the ICAO seat – 15 metres above the ground, suspended from 30m long ropes.
